Living in Fort Lauderdale while growing up was absolutely wonderful. I lived there and in a few neighboring areas but it’s such a nice place to live, grow up, and raise a family. There’s so much to do that is under an hour drive. Fort Lauderdale offers more than just high end shopping, they have plenty of family fun activities and pretty beaches. Finding a nice townhouse or condo is helpful, especially within your budget and close to everything. This townhouse is in the PERFECT place to be right in the center of such a beautiful city.

It’s a beautifully stunning tri-level townhouse. Not only is it located in a quiet neighborhood you are also within walking distance from downtown. You’ll be close to activities and entertainment, Riverwalk, and the Discovery Museum. That’s only the beginning! I love being able to talk about such a fun and beautiful city. If you love being outdoors I totally recommend visiting Hugh Taylor State Park which is only a 15-20 minute drive from this townhouse. One of the best places to go for food is to the Tarpon River Microbrewery/Restaurant. Another amazing place to go and grab dessert is Jackson’s Ice Cream Parlor and Restaurant. This is a pet friendly area so there’s no need to worry about that. Plus they will have plenty of room to run and play indoors with just over 3,300 square feet. Plus there’s a backyard and balcony for your dog to enjoy if you have a dog. A fun place to go with your dog if you have one and enjoy the outdoors is Snyder Park. Your dog can swim and play and simply run around having plenty of fun and burning off energy.
